    You have the right to pay no more tax, interest and penalties than required by law. Unfortunately, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Ministry of Revenue (MOR) don’t always get it right. In these cases, we think you should challenge the CRA’s and MOR’s interpretation of the facts and law to ensure that you are not paying more than your fair share.
